The BRIGADIER super vault is a high-grade commercial level vault we sell at a residential vault price. This vault is for the client who want an all-in-one vault door, one that’s drill, torch & blast-resistant! Equipped with a 1/4″ spiderweb of stainless steel, this vault is super hard to defeat. It’s constructed from 1/2″ steel plate AND has a 1/2″ thick stainless steel chest-plate, which means if a thief cut into the vault’s center area, they’d have to go through 1″ of solid steel. And because there’s 1″ hardplate, if a crook drilled the lock, they’d have to penetrate 2″ of solid steel! Our Brigadier is also beloved because of it’s 2″ step door and fire-resistance. MAJOR VAULT DOOR
The MAJOR is an embassy-level commercial vault door with a 3/4″ steel solid steel door and a 3/4″ stainless steel chest-plate. This makes torch-attacks futile! It’s perfect for clients who leave the country for months at a time and need to defend against brutal torch & drill attacks that could last hours. The 1″ hardplate and torch-resistant reinforcements make this vault an all-around crime stopper. The center part of the vault has 1 1/2″ of solid steel, which even defends against C-4 attacks. (see our C-4 video). The Major’s 3″ Step Door contains 2-layers of hi-temp concrete and several layers of fire-board, which gives it a 2.5 hour fire level. QUANTICO VAULT DOOR
The QUANTICO is a MEGA-NEXT-LEVEL vault door that truly DOES IT ALL. It’s a fire, torch, cut, drill & blast-resistant vault door, similar to the way an actual bank vault is constructed. It earned it’s name, when the U.S. Quantico Training Facility ordered one from us! It’s 6″ thick – double 1/4″ steel door is open at the top so YOU can add concrete to it’s “blast-chambers.” Adding the concrete yourself after the vault is hung makes it easier to install. Before the concrete it added, it weighs 1800lbs. After it’s filled, it comes in at a hefty 4000lbs. Because this vault door is 6″ thick with four layers of steel and a concrete core, it’s a total nightmare to breach. The chest-plate area has 2″ of solid steel! If you’re wondering why we added 3 – “U-Shaped” blast-chambers inside the door, it’s to improve the blast rating. If this door experienced a C-4 attack or if a 4″x4″ missile is shot at this door during a storm, the double 1/4″ steel will compress like an accordion, absorbing the blast. JIG SAW DOOR
Our Jig-Saw Doors are just like the doors found on $10,000 commercial safes. They’re up to 3″ thick and constructed with a reverse step-system on your door and frame. So when you close your door it fits together like a jig-saw, making your vault doors the most airtight in the industry! And our Jig-Saw Door has two gaskets! One expandable gasket and one silicon hot air seal. This is crucial, because when a house catches fire, our competitors heat-activated gasket don’t start expanding for eight minutes. This allows hot air in your safe. Not a Jig-Saw Door. When hot air passes your Palusol® expandable gasket, a second hot air seal stops the hot air, rerouting it over your expandable gasket a second time! This not only keeps heat out of your safe but helps expand your gasket twice as fast! This is the kind of technological inventiveness that keeps Sportsman Vault Doors a step ahead of the rest.

INSTALLING YOUR VAULT
Installing a Pentagon vault door is easy. It takes 2-4 hours depending on it’s weight. You will need several men or a forklift to stand up your vault and wiggle it into it’s opening. Before your vault door arrives, build your opening 3/8″ taller and 3/8″ wider than your vault door. For example, if you like the 80″ tall x 36″ wide x 8″ deep vault, build your opening 80 3/8″ tall x 36 3/8″ wide x 8″ deep. Once it’s stood up, you simply wiggle it into it’s opening. After you make sure it’s level, mark your holes and lag-bolt your vault door to your concrete. Squirt several tubes of fire caulking into the space between your frame and concrete wall and you’re done!
